Haffiz Yathali is a mechanical engineer and vibration specialist with 30 years of experience across the oil and gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries. He began his career in 1996 with bptt and Amoco Trinidad Oil Company, later earning a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) from The University of the West Indies.
Founder of YATZ Engineering Limited, Haffiz provides diagnostics and training in predictive technologies such as vibration analysis and motor circuit evaluation. Janet Ganess is a Quality Assurance Engineer with over 30 years of experience in Trinidad and Tobago’s petroleum industry. She specializes in lubricants manufacturing and sales, as well as the storage and handling of fuels including jet fuel, automotive fuels, and LPG.
An MBA graduate and Certified Lubrication Specialist with a foundation in Applied Chemistry, Janet also serves as a Joint Inspection Group (JIG) Inspector, contributing to international fuel quality standards. In 2025, she was appointed to the JIG Product Quality Committee, where she supports the development of global fuel quality protocols, ensuring aviation asset integrity and reliability.
